With a remarkable culinary journey that traverses borders, Chef Mitsu brings an impressive background, which includes a distinguished career marked by preparing delectable dishes for various VIPs and heads of state. This is a testament to his exceptional skills and mastery of the culinary arts. Before gracing the kitchens of KO Restaurant, Chef Mitsu had the privilege of cooking for a host of prominent figures. These include the former President of the Republic of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono; the former Minister of Maritime Affairs, Susi Pudjiastuti; the former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Jusuf Kalla; the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres; and many more. He also gained experience working in the kitchens at Domani Tokyo, Hotel Claska Tokyo, Tirtha Bridal-Bali, The Chedi Sakala-Bali, Hoshinoya Bali, and more. This unique experience not only honed his culinary prowess but also deepened his understanding of crafting extraordinary dining experiences
