Chef Grant King is an internationally renowned culinary visionary and creative business leader. With a journey that began in New Zealand and the U.K., Grant’s culinary prowess has been honed through a global quest for authentic cuisines. His remarkable leadership at the acclaimed “Pier” restaurant in Sydney earned it three prestigious hats by SMH, a three-star rating by GT, and international acclaim. Grant’s culinary journey continued with the opening of his own restaurant, Gastro Park, earning him two chef’s hats from SMH and two stars from Gourmet Traveller within its first year. Grant has made guest judge appearances on MasterChef Australia, earned an impressive 18/20 from Gault & Millau, and was named Chef of the Year for Australia in 2016.

In 2018, Grant transitioned to become an international private chef, specializing in bespoke creative events, guest chef appearances, hospitality consulting, product development, food styling, and pioneering future food programs.
