Enjoy a family-style dinner featuring sumptuous dishes from refreshing starters to delicious main courses like House-Made Honey Glazed Leg Ham and Rolled Roasted Turkey. December 25, 2023, 12.30pm – 3.30pm – Enjoy a Christmas Brunch at Makase with a Santa service, a Christmas carol, a magician show, and a live acoustic performance. The buffet brunch will feature a remarkable choice of food stations, from Salad Counter to Cold Cuts to Live Carving Station to Dessert Corner. The brunch is offered at IDR 950,000 per person, inclusive of welcome drink, water, and soft drinks, or IDR 1,350,000 per person, including welcome drink, water, soft drinks, and free-flow alcoholic drinks. New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner
December 31, 2023, 6.30pm – 11pm – Welcome the new year at Makase with a worthy selection of buffet treats. Guests can enjoy the vast option of lavish Indonesian and international dishes at more than ten food stations spread out in the restaurant. The dinner is offered at IDR 1,100,000 per person, inclusive of welcome drink, water, and soft drinks, or IDR 1,950,000 per person, including welcome drink, water, soft drinks, and free-flow alcoholic drinks. Children below 11 years old can enjoy a 50% discount. From 10.30pm onwards, guests can also enjoy a live acoustic band and DJ performances at Tree Bar.
2. Christmas & New Year Festivities at SugarSand
5-course Japanese Set Menu Christmas Dinner
December 25, 2023, 6pm – 10pm – Enjoy a Christmas dinner by the beach at SugarSand featuring an enticing 5-course Japanese set menu by Chef Syamsul Rizal and a live DJ performance. During the dinner, guests can enjoy mouthwatering dishes, such as Toro Truffle Tataki, Sushi and Sashimi Platter, and a special dessert Raspberry Matcha Opera Cake. The dinner is offered at IDR 1,100,000 per person, inclusive of welcome drink, water, and soft drinks, or IDR 1,600,000 per person, including cocktail pairing. Kids menu is also available should guests bring their little princes and princesses.
New Year’s Eve 5-course Traditional Japanese Dinner
December 31, 2023, 6pm – 11pm – SugarSand offers a Traditional Japanese set menu New Year’s Eve dinner featuring a live DJ performance followed by a countdown party. Guests can indulge in the 5-course authentic Japanese delicacies prepared by Chef Syamsul Rizal, such as Chawanmushi, Lobster, and more. The dinner is offered at IDR 1,100,000 per person, inclusive of welcome drink, water, and soft drinks, or IDR 1,900,000 per person, including cocktail pairing. Kids menu is also available should guests bring their little ones. There is also a Festive Vegetarian Menu option offered to guests.
