About Rohan Matmary
Rohan Matmary, with a rich and diverse background in the world of mixology, brings a wealth of experience and expertise this collaboration with Mozaic. Prior to joining Four Seasons’s Bar Trigona in Kuala Lumpur, Rohan made significant waves in the global bar scene, serving as head of beverages for Sidecar in Delhi, the first Indian bar to break into the World’s 50 Best Bars list. His tenure at Cocktails & Dreams, an acclaimed speakeasy renowned for its imaginative mixology, further solidified his reputation as a trailblazer in the industry. From 2017 to 2020, he served as assistant general manager – beverages at Byg Brewski Brewing Company, overseeing a collective of microbreweries, cocktail bars, and dive bars in southern India. Rohan’s journey has been marked by numerous individual accolades, including the prestigious titles of Diageo World Class Tanqueray Challenge Winner – Global 2021 and Glenfiddich World’s Most Experimental Bartender Winner – India 2018.
